Do I need a gravel bike?
Gravel bikes and mountain bikes are highly recommended for comfort and safety. Road bikes are not suitable due to rough terrain.
Is there camping available?
Yes! Dry camping is available for a fee at J. Neils Park starting Friday, September 12. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, leashed dogs are welcome at the park and camping areas, but not on the course.
Can I register the day of the race?
We strongly recommend registering online in advance. Day-of registration is not guaranteed and may be limited by space.
What’s included in registration?
Every participant who registers before August 16, 2025 receives a commemorative mug and drink voucher, access to aid stations, and entry to post-ride festivities.
What’s the refund policy?
Refunds are not available, no refunds will be issued. Registrations are non-transferable.
Can I ride an e-bike?
Yes, class 1 e-bikes are allowed.
Will the event happen rain or shine?
Yes. This is a rain-or-shine event. Please dress and prepare accordingly.
Where can I watch my rider?
Due to the rural and remote nature of this course, this is not a spectator-friendly event. Riders will be out of view for long stretches. Spectators are welcome at the start and finish areas at J Neils Park. Enjoy the following amenities and things to do while you wait – all conveniently located right at J Neils Park:
- Let Fido play at the Dog Park, chasing tails and making furry friends!
- Kickstart your morning with a mouthwatering breakfast and a steaming cup of coffee at The Fix, opening at 6:30 AM.
- Soak in the scenery on our 1.4-mile walking path that circles the park’s perimeter.
- Chill out with a frosty drink at the beer garden hosted by Cabinet Mountain Brewing Company.
- Dive into the delicious eats from our food truck vendors.
- Tee off for an exhilarating round of disc golf.
- Let the kids go wild and burn off energy at the play space, right by the vendor area.
Will I receive camping confirmation?
Camping registration vehicle tags will be included in rider packets during early check-in and on race morning. These tags are required for all overnight campers in J. Neils Park.
What food vendors will be there?
We’re excited to host a variety of local food vendors including Mexican food, BBQ, ice cream, and coffee/breakfast options!

No worries! You can still pay for camping in person during early check-in and registration. Just stop by the registration table to reserve your spot on-site.
