• Refunds are not available. No exceptions.
• The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions become hazardous.
• Ride timing is official, but only standard bikes qualify for podium placement.
• Liability waivers must be signed prior to participation.
• We reserve the right to modify routes, timing, or schedule if needed.
